Once the operators have harvested the grapes bunch after bunch to easily carry them to the cellar, the enthusiastic and skilled job of the wine-producer starts. The fermentation of the wort of white-berry grapes and black-berry grapes is realised according to the best patterns and temperatures; these are core-premises when you turn great quantities of grapes into wine (as Il Filò does), in order to get wines extremely charming for their colours, fragrances, tastes.
