CASA DEL MERLO

Colli Euganei | Controlled Designation of Origin - Merlot

This wine was born from the desire to produce a Merlot, which in Veneto was the most cultivated red grape variety due to its versatility and adaptability to the territory. However, only in a few instances has it made the best of its highest qualities.

No clarifications or filtrations are carried out.
Further 10 months of bottle ageing.

It has a deep, impenetrable and dull red colour.

It offers excellent elegance and expectations: It does not blossom immediately; it gradually offers new and complex sensations. It is surprising for its balance, simple but never ordinary.
