Exclusive Geographical Indication - Venetian White

Produced from separately processed Chardonnay, Riesling italico and Tai grapes, it ferments and matures for 10-12 months in French oak barrels. Delicately aromatic, rich and elegant, it gains additional pleasant nuances over the time.

Spontaneous fermentation with separated grapes in medium-toasted Allier oak barriques partly new, partly already used once, where the wine remains 12 months also carrying out the malolactic fermentation. The assembly in small stainless steel tanks follows; after 6 months of analytical checks and careful sensory analyses, it is bottled.
